Return Policy
If you’d like to return an item, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@bohocolor.com. If the item you received is defective or incorrect, please attach pictures of the issue along with a brief explanation in your email, and we’ll take care of it.
Personalized products are made especially for you, which means they cannot be exchanged or refunded unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
We ask that you contact us first before returning any items, as we cannot process refunds for items returned without prior notice or explanation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing your order.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The returned item should be unused and sent back in its original packaging.
